Heather A. Lindquist is a fine-art documentary photographer and photojournalist. In 2001, she founded Eyefoto and in a few short years, Heather successfully established her studio in Tucson, Arizona. Over the next five years, she had numerous notable accomplishments, including a solo show at the Mariner Investment Group in New York City in April 2002, publishing her works in Tucson Magazines, newspapers, and previously hired by Japanese publication, Olive Magazine. Shehas shot for SIPA press and traveled extensively. Heather completed her photo essay on her trip to Tibet and China documenting a lineage of Buddhism called the Drikung Kagyu and its teachers. Her interest in learning more about the history lead to a project spanning many years and has now offered this book to generate more understanding of Buddhism and the culture of the Tibetan people. She is donating a portion of proceeds to Gar Relief Fund in order to contribute to the building of a new school for the Tibetan children in Tibet.
